Key Responsibilities:

The responsibility of the Process Engineer is to maintain, process technology excellence throughout facilities and ensure a strong technical foundation to enable:
- Safe, efficient and reliable production processes that meets our customer needs and our performance requirements
- Quick and accurate support to operations to meet business and customer needs
- Effective execution of CAPEX and process changes
- Continuous improvement in process safety & costs, product quality and capacity utilization

Your challenge:
- Process reliability, stability and optimization
- Technical choices in CAPEX for process related technologies
- Functionality Notes / P&ID / PFD
- Safety, quality, costs assessment and improvement initiatives
- Best practices
- Benchmarking of the efficiencies, quality, reliability of the main production equipment
- Identification of best available technologies and possible application into our plants
- Technology survey
- Tests of the new fuels
- Trials with new equipment

Generally required knowledge:

Education
University degree: Engineer (Mechanical, Electromechanical, Chemical, …)

Experience
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in similar position (process/production) in lime, cement or similar industry

Your professional skills
- Fluent in English
- Basic knowledge in statistics
- Basic knowledge in hydraulics & electricity
- Project management skills required
- Innovative and creative in the solutions you propose
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized, have a sense of priorities and a long term vision
- Demonstrate a certain curious mindset and comfortable in dealing with unexpected issues
- Analytic, results and improvements oriented
- Appreciate participating to multi-disciplinary teams and not afraid of working autonomously on projects
