Job information
• Responsible to generated Standard reports and prepare the monthly closing
• Responsible for the financial follow-up & reporting of projects under execution (including sales, profitability, cash, unbilled, KPIs, overdue, Actual and Forecast) either on direct large projects and / or within a Projects portfolio
• Contribute & participate to all main GCP governance instances in place (Escalation meetings, projects review / input to Projects Database reporting, etc..).
• Ensure effectiveness communication / explanation of projects performance (Actual & Forecast) towards internal and external to GCP Stakeholder (BU / Countries / External Auditors, etc..).
• Responsible for the financial follow-up of Projects risks provisions in consistence with Project risks & opportunities register.
• Contribute to Projects structuration / set-up in SAP in coordination with the Project Manager
• Active use of digital tools being implemented today in the scope (Power BI, Monday, etc)

Generally required knowledge:
• University and/or Business School: Master's or bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Economics, or commercial high school degree)
• +2 years’ experience in Finance & Control or Project environment
• Experience being Finance Business Partner in Project environment or Project Finance Controller
• Experience in a Multi-cultural team environment is a plus
• Knowledge on Project Management is a plus
• Fluent in English, French is a plus
• Strong communication skills to drive high performance and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills to handle complex matters in a synthetic way
• Digital mindset is mandatory. Experience with Power BI / Tableau is a plus
• Proven leadership skills to act as trusted advisor toward different management
