Role Description:

- Project governance, Project planning, Process modelling, Meeting coordination
- Project management processes, Risk and issue analysis & management
- Change management
- Resource utilization & budgeting
- Negotiating, Support contracting and invoicing
- Communicate & report, manage relations in a project internally & externally

Skills and Expertise

- Fluent English & German language
- Keep a positive motivated & energetic attitude and help out others
- Experience in project support & monitoring/reporting or Project management
- Analytical thinking, decision making, ability to organize, prioritize and track tasks
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experienced with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint/Visio & any PM tools: MS Project, Clarity, Plan-View
