ERP/SAP Supply Chain Analyst-Junior will work on various ERP/SAP system enhancements and SAP project involving tasks like fit & gap analysis, design of non-complex scenarios, light configuration as well as like data migration, testing and supporting activities in area of Supply chain management that represents e.g. Inter&Intra company business scenarios and Stock transfers, Subcontracting, Inventory management, Logistics execution, 3PL/4PL integration, Transportation and Global Trade Services.

Responsibilities:
• Support the development and definition of the strategy for the product line capabilities by proactively identifying changes in business and the technology landscape, that would impact the ERP portfolio and developments through the lifecycle (SAP ECC, SAP GTS, SAP S/4 HANA).
• Ensure integrated design, build and deployment and operations of responsible product line. Ensure that dependencies are understood, managed and communicated.
• Ensure business continuity through operational and service excellence of responsible product lines. Work with internal teams and customer service to identify, classify, and prioritize feature-level customer issues.
• Partner with leaders within the business and countries, possess strong knowledge of both business and technology, to drive SAP SCM Logistics solutions to harmonization, optimization and operational excellence of the ERP Services.

Motivated employees must be remunerated appropriately. The minimum salary for this important and responsible position is€ 1900 gross per month (full time). The actual remuneration package will be guided by your professional experience and your qualifications, increased payment is possible.

Minimum required education

First Level University Education (Bachelor's Degree)

Language skills

English (upper-intermediate - B2)

Generally required knowledge

Required:
• Minimum of 2-3 years of SAP functional, configuration and/or development experience in SAP Material management (SAP MM) or SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD) – ideally both, with strong focus on Inter & Intra company processes, Logistics execution, Sub-contracting and integration to external 3PL / 4PL systems via EDI or web services.
• Minimum of 1-2 years practical experience with SAP data migration activities (Materials, Vendors, Customers, Price lists, Routes, PIRs …)
• Strong SAP technical skills, good overview in innovation technologies, willingness to learn new and innovative solutions.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Commerce or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate ideas and data both verbally and written in a persuasive and appropriate manner.
• Ability to set priorities, develop workflow processes and manage business relationships.
• Experience with SDLC methodology and the validation process, including writing deliverables for validated systems.
• Experience in working with multiple teams across a matrixed organization to implement solutions.

Desired:
• At least 1 year of experience with EDI in 3PL / 4PL Supply chain management processes (e.g. Orders, Advice shipping notification, Dispatch advice, Shipping confirmation, Stock movements, Stock balance …)
• At least 1 year of SAP functional, configuration and/or development experience in one of the following modules: SAP LE-TRA, SAP GTS, SAP WM, SAP eWM, SAP TM
• Very Good level of English Language skills
• Experience in a full lifecycle implementation for a major SAP application implementation.
• Some experience with SAP S/4 HANA project
• Pharmaceutical industry and drug development experience.
• SAP certification within module and/or technology.
