Your Role and Responsibilities :

As a Project Change Manager you will:
Define and give recommendations on how a change framework should be deployed on a specific project / program of work based on the change methodology
Deliver the change management for large strategic change projects, including transitions, transformations and digitalization
Work as a key member of global and strategic change projects to support delivery of program on time
Conduct case for change sessions
Conduct change impact assessment sessions
Deliver stakeholder engagement activities, communication - related activities, training – related activities
Support the development of change capability for key change roles
Increase the change capability in key change roles through training, coaching and creating materials to facilitate better change management on transition projects
Build a culture and change capability in change agent and change leader roles
Run change sessions


You should bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:

Fluent written and spoken English
5+ years of change management experience, preferably in transformation and digitization projects, in an agile environment
Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field
Skill in leading and managing change (cultural, process and behavioral)
Understanding externally recognized change tools and theories
Proven track record managing multiple stakeholders effectively
Experience in managing virtual teams across multiple countries
Experience in working in a fast-paced, high – demand, delivery – oriented environment
High degree of interpersonal and influencing skills
Working knowledge of project management
Strategic thinking to develop, implement and sustain a change management framework
Knowledge about digitalization and being digital savvy
Exposure in Agile tools/methodology and digital transformation
