Key responsibilities include:
email is looking for a team member to perform the roles of User Experience Admin and Exceptional Approver.

The scope of email User Experience Administrator role main tasks include but are not limited to:
• Regularly Monitor User request queue and reply to user requests within defined timeframe in polite and professional manner
• Help users resolve their issue or answer their question either directly or by involving other email team members
• Communicate with Global User Experience Chapter, Europe Major Markets User Experience Resolution Owner to align communication strategy or raise concerns.
• Maintain healthy and constructive relationship inside and outside of email organization
• Regularly review user feedback and seek improvements

The scope of email Exceptional Approver role main tasks include but are not limited to:
• Frequently monitor the queue for Exceptional requests and speedily review and assess the validity of Exceptional Request
• Approve or reject Exceptional Requests
• Cooperate with Logistics teams to successfully resolve
• Cooperate with User if additional information is needed
• Cooperate with Global Chapter to align in strategy and communication
• Regularly review performance and seek improvements


Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
• English: Fluent.
• French: Advanced.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be creative with issue resolution and able to take independent decision within established rules.
• Proven experience working in international environments.
• Ability to work in dynamic environment.
• Experience with client facing role and User Experience management is an advantage
• Experience with Agile methodologies is an advantage


The offered salary is 1.750 EUR /month.
