Key responsibilities include:email is looking for a team member to perform the Asset Management Analyst.
The scope of email Asset Management Analyst role main tasks include but are not limited to:
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with local and global stakeholders and third party suppliers
• Ensuring the delivery of agreed service within the limits set by policy and/or GEO/Global organization guidance.
• Monitoring and managing performance of local physical handling teams, actively managing issues, escalations and reflecting over established SLAs.
• Working with global strategic inventory plans while understanding and considering local country specifics, identifying and leading optimization and improvement activities
• Supporting related global projects in local conditions (scope changes, Global CIO initiatives, participating in compliance projects etc.)
• Ensuring compliance with global email policies and procedures, ensuring security and storage standards.
• Coordinating of on-time asset return process with a follow up action for Cascading/Sale to employee/Scrap.
• Evaluating, drafting, negotiating, executing, renewing, closing and terminating supplier contracts
• Monitoring and managing third party supplier performance, issues and escalations
• Managing contract documentation, communication, amendments and adjustments
• Communication of contract management related information to stakeholders
Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
• Fluent English (B2 level)
• At least 2 years on leadership positions with strong team leadership skills.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience working in high complex projects
• Experience with IT Asset Management Services
• Excellent communication skills, client facing skills and creative with issue resolution.
• Strong stakeholder capability - able to operate at all levels with the internal client, and CIO
• Strong ability to cooperate within and across teams and in dynamic and international environments
• Experience working with Service Now is an advantage
• Experience with Agile methodologies is an advantage
• Fluent Spanish language is an advantage
The offered salary is 1.750 EUR /month.
