Quest is a multiyear initiative that will improve Client and User experience by transforming Q2C workflows from opportunity identification to contract registration and management. We are developing TSS Volume, a streamline of QUEST Project, as part of the Q2C Transformation.
Our solution will deliver one, integrated, end-to-end (E2E) services platform.

Responsibilities:
- Define responsibilities and foster cooperation/collaboration thus driving successful milestone and deliverable achievement
- Manage stakeholders by effective and pro-active communication
- Establish project tracking incl. milestones, quality gates and KPI measurement
- Plan and design the program, proactively monitor its progress, resolve issues and initiate appropriate corrective actions
- Develop and decide on suitable and efficient strategies, tactics and objectives and ensure those are implemented and followed by whole project

Required Experience
- Hands-on experience in latest project management methods and tools such as SCRUM, Agile, Design Thinking, Jira, Trello
- Proven ability to manage diverse cross-functional teams to drive action items, risks, dependencies to closure
- Experienced Managing Programs/Proven track record managing multiple projects
- Comfortable running High-Profile projects and working directly with company executives
- Proven experience of creating detailed cross functional project schedules
- Ability to juggle multiple goals and deadlines in the context of the big picture, Out-of-the-box thinker not afraid to generate new ideas and programs
- Facilitation, Negotiation & Problem Resolution Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills, excellent written and verbal communication (English Fluent, preferably also Slovak)

Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
- SW including Office 365 (xls, ppt), Trello, Slack, Jira etc.
- Above 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Project/People/functional management experience to be able to efectivelly work with people/professionals from juniors to executives
