Informácie o pracovnom mieste

• Analyse and rework of customer demand, creation of demand variation analysis on regular basis /each week/ in order to see the trend of received volumes from customer
• Negotiation with customer regarding delivery possibilities in case of production and potential delivery shortage
• Preparation of delivery note before each shipment
• Daily communication with export staff
• Booking of transport in order to deliver correct quantity at correct time on correct place
• Daily monitoring of completed supply and solve pending delivery notes
• Creation of transport orders in SAP and their monitoring
• Analysis for number of standard and special transports done within the month in order to optimize the costs and their following minimization

Všeobecne požadované znalosti:

• Economic concepts.
• English language.
• Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Degree or high interest
• Experience and know how in planning and buying.
• Usage of a SAP.
• Knowledge in ISO TS, ISO 14001, OHSAS, continuous improvement tools.
• ISO TS knowledge and other type of rules required by specific customer.
• Core quality tools, FMEA, PPAP, P-FMEA, control plan.
• Automotive industry standards.
• Engineering equivalent degree linked to logistic purchasing or economics activities.
