• Responsible for all quality results: PPM at 0km, Warranty, Sorting / Rework at Customer Plant, Internal Scrap, Rework Sorting and audit results for dedicated Shop.
• Coordinate dedicated Shop quality team for driving the process control, improvement and development.
• Manage dedicated Shop quality team, its priority, its performances and level of competences.
• Establishing, analyses and performing regular quality performance reporting (KPI’s) and activities.
• Active participation in planning and realization of quality training for Shop team.
• Responsible for respect and verification of standards IATF 16 949, customer requirements and internal Magneti Marelli standards.
• Verify and promote the right usage of the continuous improvement tools, especially Kaizen and Lesson learns.
• Define and drive Continuous improvement project for process and products through implementation of tools: especially PDCA, Kaizens, PPA, DOE, and Lesson learn.

• Basic economic and financial knowledge.

• Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SAP
• Product and process knowledge.
• Statistical control of the SPC process.
• Quality tools - FMEA, control plan, PPAP, P-FMEA.
• IATF knowledge and other rules and requirements regarding a specific supplier and customer
• Knowledge of IATF, ISO 14001, OHSAS, tools for continuous improvement
• Certified process / system auditor. Audit knowledge.
• Automotive industry, experience in the field of mechanics.
• University of Engineering or technical education.
