  We approach each candidate individually, it depends on his experience and seniority, from which the financial evaluation is derived. For graduates, the salary ranges from € 1030, depending on experience and knowledge (part time work etc.). This is minimum what we offer.

Main responsibilities:
• Define the quality requirements for new processes
• Daily monitor the quality performance of its projects
• Actively improve the quality performance using continuous improvement tools and World Class Manufacturing directions
• Control respect of the standards and their improvements based on IATF 16 949 and customer requirements
• Has the authority to stop production to correct quality problem based on IATF 16 949
• Reference and responsible person to ensure product conformity
• Product audits
• To manage customer in term of claims /8D reports, special internal tool for problem solving/ and customer audits support
• To manage correct flow of return parts and communication through all involved departments; Quarta database
• Is responsible for quality results: internal/external rejects, sorting and rework activities, customer audits support and customer satisfaction

Všeobecne požadované znalosti:

• University degree in technical field.
• Product and Process Knowledge.
• Statistic Control Process SPC.
• Quality tools - FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, 5W2H, Ishikawa, 5Why.
• Knowledge of QMS, IATF 16 949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and Specific Customer Requirements
• Certified auditor for Process/System. Audit ability.
• Automotive industry background.
• English language
• Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
