As Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) you will be:

• recruiting and staffing activities related to the attraction, selection, hiring and on-boarding of talent for our clients
• as client facing Lead Recruiter defining hiring strategies for IT related positions.
• working with modern hiring tools and programs to help finding the best talents
• engage with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and understand the operating model
• building relationship with clients, candidates and other stakeholders
• Work with a broad team of TA and HR professionals locally and internationally in areas like compensation, retention, branding, HR Partners and HR Operations
• cooperate with local and international data insight teams to gain or provide insights on the labor and talent market

Required Professional and Technical Expertise:

• Enthusiasm for recruitment, motivation in working with modern recruitment tools in a global company
• Ideally 3 years experience in recruitment (agency or in-house). Preferably experience with hiring IT professionals
• Proven track record of building relationships with hiring managers / clients
• English language is required
• Experience with MS office advanced + other tools as advantage (Trello, Mural, Slack, …)
