Key responsibilities include:Quote to Cash (Q2C) is an internal IBM organization that plays a rare and integral role in supporting operations, driving key business decisions, and influencing IBM’s business results. We operate as a value-driven team and a trusted advisor to the business, supporting all business units in all geographic areas.
In this position, that is part of Quote to Cash (Q2C) field, you will be a link between the company and our external/internal customers (Business Partners, Distributors and other departments within IBM), where you will incorporate administrative work, communication, and customer care service into your daily responsibilities.
Your contribution will have a direct impact on the customer satisfaction and IBM's business results.
And how will you ensure this? By:
- Supporting IBM's clients across the globe with whole end-to-end process that includes various pre-sales and post-sales activities such as order entry, creation of invoices and managing Business Partners' disbursement activities
- Cooperating with internal IBM customers and departments to ensure meeting clients' needs.
Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
• Fluent English (B2)
• Regular university student (1st-4th year of studies)
• Advanced level of MS Office and general computer literacy
• Good communication skills
• Enthusiastic, responsible and dedicated approach
• Strong eye for detail, combined with logical and analytical thinking
• Flexibility and Out-of-the-box perspective
• Previous experience with administrative job is welcome
Offered hourly salary is 5.50€ gross.
