Your Role and Responsibilities :We are looking for a resourceful, motivated and creative application developer who will share and grow experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment and who has the desire to work with high performing teams!
You will work as a member of our application development squad, which will collaborate with multiple squads around the world.
You will develop a new global Pricing application. The application utilizes a complex logic (incl. AI), collects inputs through several interfaces, and ultimately defines the best price for the customer while ensuring the optimal profit for IBM. The Application with several thousands of users and with several billion $s in revenue, is the place where you can utilize your experience and grow your career further.
What do you need for success
• Minimum 2 years of experience in front-end application development (JavaScript, Angular HTML, CSS…)
• Experience in back-end SW development (Java, Spring, Hibernate, JVM languages)
• Experience with Microservices
• Must be a self starter, motivated and experienced in working within Agile Frameworks
• Good written and verbal communication in English
Preferred but not necessary skills
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices &best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
• Demonstrated experience in continuous integration and continuous delivery concepts and tools
• Demonstrated experience in DevOps practices, process and technologies
• Demonstrated experience in Agile approach
• Demonstrated experience in developing web applications
• Experience in requirement handling and integration work
