Key responsibilities include:As a Quote-to-Cash Professional you will support IBM Technology Support Services for DACH market (Austria, Germany, Switzerland). You will join a team of 25 people who will support you in your training period. Your main daily tasks will be:
• Administration of maintenance contracts for the end customers while following applicable rules and guidelines: includes proposal preparation, contract registration, invoicing, resolving of disputes and inventory management
• Effective communication with IBM TSS sales representatives
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate responses to inquiries of IBM TSS sales representatives and proactive problem resolution
• Supporting each other within the team and active participation in team discussions
Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
• speaking English (at least B2), German is an advantage
• eager to learn new things

• computer literacy (Microsoft Office, working with various tools)
