Your responsibilities:Individuals in this specialty act as a Trusted Business Advisor for the Sales Team for any commission related matters, in the cooperation with the other squad members.
They are also required to interact with multiple teams, beyond organizational boundaries.
Their primary responsibility is to ensure commission payments are released timely and accurately.
They execute Achievement and Payment validation.
In addition, are to maintain the 4 pillars of Global Sales Incentives (Debit, Settlement, HR and Inquiry) on track, following the guidelines and within the metrics.
Should have strong knowledge on Incentives plans / measurements and mechanics for commissions payments, communications skills and knowledge on the tools (Field management system (FMS), Query management facility (QMF), Achievement & payment validation tool (APV), etc.).
What do you need for success:
- At least Bachelor degree plus at least 3 years+ of corporate experience
- Fluent in English
- Microsoft Excel (vlookup and pivot tables as minimum)
- Soft skills: Strong communication skills, problem solving, team player

Minimum salary starts at 1.800 EUR per Month.
