In order to strengthen the Marketing & CRM team in Bratislava and Prague headquarters, we are seeking for a new, ambitios candidate (m/f/d) for the project role of a Project Coordinator (CRM/Loyalty).

In this role, will closely cooperate with Marketing and CRM teams in both Slovakia and Czech republic. IT, Finance, Contracting & Procurmeent will belong to your main stakeholders too.
Also, you will work with the regional & global CRM teams and with Loyalty Project Management.

Externally, you will be collaborating with partners for card production, data capturing companies, payment partners, retailers.

These will be some of your main tasks:

- Responsiblity for end-to-end project delivery and local implementation – active cooperation with different departments (global, cluster, local, external and internal)
- New functionality testing, production validation, test coordination
- Coordinating roll-out & transition activities
- System maintenance – uploading and updating the data, system update and setup,
- Supporting POS loyalty functionality, monitoring and resolving defects, issues in cooperation with IT team
- Daily reports & fraud control
- Coordination of legal compliance, cooperation with finance, tax and legal department
- Communication with newtork partners (own sites and franchises)
- Training preparation
- CRM development help including small technical setup as well as marketing part (pictures, tests, work with agency)

- Excellent communication skills, open, proactive and supportive personality with focus on delivery and ability to perform multitasking activities
- Excellent analytical skills; accuracy
- Understanding of digitalization, new system implementation
- Demonstrable competence in Stakeholder Management
- Fluent English, native Slovakian/ Czech
- MS Office knowledge - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
