Job information
General
- collaborate across multiple organisations: procurement, finance, asset management, service delivery
- collaborate across multiple matrix organisations (work in environment with multiple layers of management)
Cost control
- Act as a spend owner for Network cost in particular country
- Ensure proper cost tracking and cost recognition
- Prepare cost forecasts, roadmpas and analyse actuals in the ledger, create bridges between actuals and forecasts
- Act as a focal point for any questions or queries from country management or from network matrix organisation
Spend Control
- Provide & keep reviews and details of orders in cooperation with NW spend line owner
- Follow Order processes (use best practices) – identify areas for improvements
- Raise and manage spend approvals for requeired orders
- Based on the agreed criteria and communication with customer, validate if spend order is valid and service should be ordered
Ordering management
· Provide & keep reviews and details of Purchase orders in cooperation with NW spent line owner
- Follow purchase order processes (use best practices) – identify areas for improvements
- Coordinate efforts with Requestors, Pre - Acquisition team, Procurement, Finance Operations, Spend boards owners
· Ensure that all orders are placed on time,
- Manage opening, closing, uplifts purchase orders
- Solve all ad hoc issues with orders
