The IBM CIO - Chief information Office supports all the internal applications and websites used by IBMers worldwide. We’re looking for someone to join our email Team in Bratislava to deliver top-class business reporting and data analysis. The Data Analytics Team provides a holistic overview of the healthiness of IT products by monitoring the performance within the email domain, as well as collaborating with Product Owners resulting in the elimination of problems that are recognized. You will proactively & retrospectively lead the delivery of high-quality insights which will allow data-driven business decisions, improving operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

- Interlock with all teams responsible for support and product improvements. eg email transformation team, email desk managers, Product Owners, Content team
- Lead & participate in reviews, provide insights to support both upcoming changes and areas which can be improved.
- Define business/users needs and concerns as well as ticketing cadence, service quality and customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills in English with impact, to different levels. This must be both verbally & written, with an emphasis on being able to present data in an efficient & effective way
- Validate and transpose reporting, review or create trend indicators, metrics and root cause analysis
- Provide improvement plans and follow up on targets in relation with the business needs, provide feedback and/or constructive proposition to the CIO Global IT strategy
- Manage dashboards to control the activity and provide results to the CIO stakeholders & Product Owners
- Be a part of Continual Service Improvement life cycle
- Have an analytical mind that is capable to make linkages and focuses on problem-solving
- Handle and model a large amount of data
- Programming / developer skills such as Python would be advantageous.
- Plan and prioritize your own workload
