Your Role and Responsibilities :
As an Iteration Manager, you will be integral to the invention and innovation process. You will be a servant-leader supporting development teams that are creating exciting solutions that change the way both IBMers and IBM clients work. You'll work in a collaborative, welcoming environment where new ideas drive technological transformation through Agile ways of working. We work in small, cross-functional teams with big goals, so you will need to be adaptive, adept at clear communication and a natural leader. We strive to produce scalable solutions, so you will need to understand technical concepts and know how to drive repeatable, detail oriented processes within a team.

Responsibilities:
• Lead squads using full Agile methodologies and best practices. Backlog and Funnel Management, Iteration Planning, Sprint Execution/Management, Showcase and Retrospective are on a two-week cycle.
• Analyze impact of business requirements to develop Epics, Features and Story details across squads
• Focus on continuous improvement, innovation/automation, increased velocity to deliver.
• Demonstrated organization and communication skills, especially with management and executives.

• Experience coaching teams in effective use of Agile Values & Principles to translate into the appropriate practices, specific to the mission of the team
• Ability to resolve conflict and facilitate the adoption of higher standards
• Adept at identifying and removing impediments slowing the Development team down, as well as shielding the team from external interruptions and distractions.
• Experience assessing squad Agile maturity and coaching teams toward constant self-evaluation and improvement at a sustainable pace.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills - you will need to work with Product Owners and stakeholders to help manage backlog and plan deliverables that add business value
• Experience working with modern project planning and collaboration tools

Minimum salary starts at 2.100 EUR per Month, depending on relevant experience and language proficiency.
