• Independent, operational management of complex medium to large projects as well as leading and motivating the project team
• Structuring, planning and implementation of those projects
• Monitoring of milestones, ensuring the achievement and implementation of the project goals as well as financial tracking, controlling and leading the project teams
• Aligning project outcomes with business objectives
• Project risk and issue management as well as risk analysis
• Ensuring a smooth transfer during project completion to the business
• Identifying internal & external resources
• Conducting formal peer reviews on complex and or cross divisional projects
• Resolving resource conflicts that cross divisions
• Actively driving better working practices
• Assistance in the coordination and control of the project portfolio management process
• Mentoring Project Analysts, Junior Project Managers & Project Managers

Všeobecne požadované znalosti:
• University degree with job-related emphasis in Business Administration, Business Computer Science or equivalent
• 5+ years professional experience in a comparable position
• Experience in the areas of financial services, online payment or new media advantageous
• Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE 2 or other Project Management qualification
• Perfect English skills, German advantageous
• Strong knowledge of Information Technology and software development lifecycle with a broad knowledge of emerging technologies
• Proficient in project management and productivity tools (e.g. Smartsheet, PPM Tools, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills
• Strong communicator
• Assertiveness
• High social competence
• Excellent analytical skills to discuss problems, analyse solutions/options, evaluate and enable improved processes Good organisation and planning skills and excellent communication skills on all levels
