What you will do: - Grow within two years to become an expert in the field of R&D - As a part of the program spend 6 months abroad in one the European subsidiaries with the accommodation and work permits covered - Have your own buddy that will help and advice you when needed - Create valuable connections with other trainees across Europe - Participate on regular evaluations which will help the company promote you in the best possible way and secure you a permanent job by the end of the program

Generally required knowledge:
What you will bring: - You have successfully completed a master's degree in engineering - Initial experience in the areas of engineering or R&D is required - You communicate very well in Slovak and English - You are open to experience the R&D role abroad for couple months - You are available to start in November
