Are you a communicative, proactive student of 2nd to 4th grade?

Seeking a meaningful job experience in HR field?If yes, we are looking for someone like you to:
• Cooperate with us on identifying the best Recruitment/Talent Acquisition sources
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
• Conduct pre-screening interviews via phone
• Organize interviews for Hiring Managers and Recruiters/Talent Acquisition Partners
• Actively search candidates on social media and other channels
• Use job boards and professional networking sites to identify and source
candidates
• Carry on monthly reporting
• Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition
• Participate on HR marketing and university projects
• Cooperate with Hiring Managers on recruiting strategies.
