The M&A Project Manager for Business Model is a critical leadership role for IBM acquisitions and Alternative Structures transactions. At Alternative Structures this role needs to focus on business processes and applications setup in support of the legal entity related strategic plan.

At acquisitions the role leverages expertise in IBM Opportunity to Cash tools and processes to guide the Executive Management and Integration function leads in establishing and executing strategic go to market plans throughout the integration timeline.

Your responsibilities
• Collect, analyze and report data concerning process environments of acquired organizations to identify gaps between present situation and planned environments.
• Perform Due Diligence & Discovery at acquired legal entities focus on Order to Cash related Processes
• Perform Due Diligence & Discovery at alternative structures with focus to develop an end-2-end process view.
• For Alternative Structures / not integrated legal entities: Perform Iteration and Project Management on new legal entity setups

• Agile & Design Thinking
• Iteration Management / Project Management skills
• Experience in analyze requirements, issues handling, ability to define process and/or technical requirements
• Capability for strong Relationship Management, influencing across a broad WW cross functional team to implement WW go to market process models effectively.
Capability to negotiate in challenging situations.
