IBM is currently in an exciting time, when we spin-off our company in two separate organisations -> IBM and Kyndryl. This brings enormous opportunities and need to bring new talent onboard. To help drive this we are expanding our Talent Acquisition team in Slovakia or HungaryAs Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) you will be responsible for:
• recruiting and staffing activities related to the attraction, selection, hiring and on-boarding of talent into IBM
• you will be working with modern IT tools and programs to help finding the best talents for IBM
• engaging with HM to understand and plan for current and future hiring demand,
• consulting hiring strategies and work as their trusted advisor and labor market talent expert
• building relationships with Hiring Managers (HM) and business stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and delivery
• working with a broad team of TA and HR professionals locally and internationally in areas like compensation, retention, branding, HR Partners and HR Operations
• cooperating with local and international data insight teams to gain or provide insights on the labor and talent market
You can work on this positions from Bratislava, Kosice, Banska Bystrica or remotely.
What do you need for success?
• English language is required, other languages preferred (German, French, Spanish, other EU)
• enthusiasm for recruitment, motivation in working with modern recruitment tools
• at least 1 year experience in recruitment (agency or in-house). Ideally, experience with hiring IT professionals
• proven track record of building relationships with internal clients

Salary starting from 1 500 EUR, depending on your experience and skills.
