Your Role and Responsibilities:As an IBM Cybersecurity Operations Analyst, you will join a dedicated Security Operations team responsible for continuously monitoring, managing, and operating cybersecurity controls.
Cybersecurity Operation analysts will collaborate with peers and stakeholders across multiple teams to resolve incidents and issues that are raised to the IBM CIO SecOps team. As part of the SecOps team, you will work with cross-functional teams that may include IT teams, Help Desk staff, CSIRT, SOC, or CIO Security Engineering teams to identify and successfully resolve incidents.
This role is a full-time, 8x5 M-F role which will also require occasional 24x7 support to respond to outages and cybersecurity incident escalations.
