Education manager (EdM) acts as trusted advisor and project manager for his/her portfolio of educaction events in GBS EMEA. EdM has a full range of responsibilities starting with participating in quarter plan review, active contribution to budget and time management of events while closlely working with learning consultants and event managers. EdM is in full control over event budget and spending with the goal to meet the agreed financial targets. EdM is responsible that funding for all event participants is covered eaither from GBS funding in case of GBS funded participants or other sources for non-GBS funded participants. EdM is usualy working on several paralel events up to his/her capacity.
