Vendor Management Specialist is typically responsible for service order renewals, billing control, cost analysis, ensuring service delivery, service inventory audits, communication with vendors, procurement accounts payable and project teams and driving cost take out and consolidation projects.

Responsibilities
• Manage ordering process (pre-approval forms, Bond, SAP Ariba, Salesforce GeCEP…) for Networking services (WAN / PSTN circuits, Resources, licenses and more )
• Manage related invoices including approvals management
• Consolidate finance processes within EMEA region
• Keep and manage cost control including trends management, conduct easy cost analyses and ad hoc controls of service usage
• Communication and management of vendor representatives
• Analyze financial data to identify our squad financial status, identify improvement opportunities
• Work on relationship with finance community, procurement, country representatives (CFOs, COOs), architects/engineers and vendors

What do you need for success
• Proven work experience as a Financial Specialist, Financial Analyst or relevant role
• Understanding of financial and accounting principles
• Analytical skills with an attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Eagerness to learn
• Problem solving skills and out of the box thinking, creativity
• Good prioritization skills

Advantage
• Any spoken language which could be used in EMEA
• Basic project management experience
• Basic knowledge of Network principles
• Knowledge of IT service management (ITIL)
