The Center will be home to approximately 300 change agents, organized into chapters and cross-functional squads based on agile ways of working.

The Opportunity
As a Scrum Master, you will act as facilitator and advocate of the Agile methodology, in alignment with a product-centric organization. This role coordinates, supports, and assists all aspects of a product team.
Responsibilities
• Providing rigor for all Agile ceremonies, including quality of story production and effective retrospectives while having a constant focus on improving the team.
• Ensure there is full comprehension by the technical teams of all product stories during scoping and idealation phases.
• Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised with an emphasis on consistently improving and problem-solving
• Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
• Help the product and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
• Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
• Support the product owner and provide education where needed
• Deliver ongoing training for team, product owners, developers and testers

Skills and Qualifications

Required
• Minimum 4 years of IT experience with Bachelors Degree or 7 years IT experience without Bachelors Degree.
• Minimum 2 years experience leading small-mid-sized projects and/or agile teams
• Experience with agile methodology and product management
• Ability to analyze and think quickly to resolve conflict
• Ability to work with and lead a team
• Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment
• Proven ability to continually build job knowledge & skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook).
• Ability to write and speak in the English language

Preferred
• Healthcare and Life Sciences industry experience desired
• Scrum Master Certification desired

Salary
Similarly, situated employees earn 2.800 Euros a month. Salary is based on experience.
