The Center will be home to approximately 300 change agents, organized into chapters and cross-functional squads based on agile ways of working.

The Opportunity
As a Data Analyst you will be forming an effective partnership with the Enterprise Data backbone team to help design the Commercial solution.

Responsibilities
• Support the GCCS regional Service line Lead, Regional IT Business Partner and the Business leadership understand Business problems and help build Analytical Solution
• Support the GCCS Regional Service line lead to Develop Regional Implementation Roadmap, project plans, approaches and schedules
• Translate needs from Business to technical solutions for the Vendor to develop
• Be Accountable to document business rules, transformations in the Data / Viz Layers
• Help the Business users perform testing and help the completion of the testing
• Interact with the Business and the IT Business Partners to define scope, document requirements, help create user stories
• Be a part of the Delivery pod and work with the Vendors / Delivery team and help act as a bridge between the delivery team and business
• Liaising with fellow Commercial I &A Data analysts other GCCS Regional Leads / members
• Form an effective partnership with the Enterprise Data backbone team to help design the Commercial solution
Skills and Qualifications

Required
• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years IT experience
• 3+ years relevant progressive experiences
• Experience in being part of delivering Insights and Analytics Program
• Part of program/project/ product management experience, including SDLC and Agile execution experience
• Ability to communicate ideas and data both verbally and written in a persuasive and appropriate manner
• Ability to utilize data collection, analysis, maintenance application and refinement methods to make fact-based decisions
• Ability to analyze a wide variety of data and make appropriate decisions
• Ability to transform Business Requirements into Technical Specifications
• Ability to articulate and communicate to the Business on the solutions that has been developed
Tools and Technology
• Experience with AWS, Power BI and Qlik
• Strong technical understanding of BI / CRM systems and Commercial IT architecture, including knowledge of systems and technologies typically used by the pharmaceutical industry in the Commercial space
Preferred
• In-depth pharmaceutical industry and experience
• Experience with Commercial systems
• Agile Project / Product management qualification or equivalent experience preferable

Salary
Similarly, situated employees earn 2.150 Euros a month. Salary is based on experience.

Annual Bonus
