Support driving the strategy to migrate data from several legacy applications into the Takeda ERP environment. You will also be responsible for planning and when applicable executing the data migration effort for all ERP projects and initiatives, provide expert level knowledge in creating Project Plans, data mapping documents, data lead plan, mock lead plans, SAP MDM and Business Rules.
Responsibilities
Use SAP Data Services built in Functions to transform the data, created SAP Data Services Jobs scripts to automate data loads and variables with Parameters.
Provide hands-on technical support and direction of data migration deliverables for ERP project and programs.
Develop SAP Data Services ETL and SAP Information Steward jobs to pull data from legacy applications into Takeda ERP.
Create Jobs, Work Flows and Data Flows in SAP BODS, creating Source Tables, Target tables, refreshing tables with data loaded into SAP and performing basic DBA jobs
Taking part in and responsible for complete end to end Mocks and Loads in the Productive environment supporting the projects teams in data cleansing, field mapping, loads, validation and identifying the issues during the load
Responsible for Pre-Load and Post Load data validation and for creation and distribution of preload and post load reports related to legacy and SAP data, working with Functional Consultants to verify data and troubleshoot/correct errors
Establish a strong working relationships and engaging with functional team leads (both internal and external) and to source target data rules and share data profiling information.
Ensure that all service are delivered in accordance with all applicable compliance requirements, e.g. JSOX, GxP.
Adhere to the organization’s strategy for managing SAP systems and the policies, standards, procedures and methods necessary to implement the strategy

Similarly, situated employees earn 4333 Euros a month. Salary is based on experience.

Minimum required education
First Level University Education (Bachelor's Degree)Language skills

RequiredMin. 7+ years of IT work experience, which includes project management, data migration roles
At least 3 full life cycles of SAP Data Migrations on large programs with experience of Waterfall and Agile methodologies and data migration tools.
Deep understanding of SAP Data Migration processes including preparation of plan, timing of data loads, identify dependencies, sequencing of tasks is a must.
Technical expertise in BODS is considered essential.
Communication – ability to communicate ideas and data both verbally and written in a persuasive and appropriate manner.
Analytical Skills – ability to analyze a wide variety of data and make appropriate decisions.
Practice efficient time management and coordinates tasks, working in an international environment.
