The Opportunity

As a Global Change Management Lead, you'll…

ensure the EPM mission is promoted, understood, and change is being prepared, managed, and reinforced within the Takeda business community for related programs and implementations.

Assess the change, define the change strategy, and create an understanding of changes for impacted audiences.

Responsibilities

Managing Change:
Manage the execution and implementation of OCM activities to effectively manage changes ensuring an exceptional end user experience
Take the lead in preparing the change processes based on a strategic approach, manage, and monitor the change and suggest reinforcements to support the transition.
Facilitate the identification and mitigation/management of organizational, process, system, and data changes.
Monitor the change based on process data and additional gathered information using data to identify the appropriate measures.
Apply the Project Management methodologies used in EPM for the area of OCM including, Project plan, Milestone Management, Status tracking and Reporting, Deliverables Follow Up, Issue and Risk Management
Guidance and oversight of resources executing activities as required
Continuous Improvement:
Implement relevant continuous improvement strategies to ensure the effective management of change. (e.g. Lessons learned, user feedback, RCA’s etc.)
Identify and implement improvements within OCM methods and bring ideas for improvement across change and communications.

Training:
Management and execution of the defined training strategy and approach
Where relevant, collaborate with appropriate training team members to deliver an exceptional user experience.
Communications:
Management and execution of the defined communications strategy and approach
Where relevant, collaboration with appropriate communications team members to deliver an exceptional user experience
Provide leadership and guidance to other OCM team members
As a member of the Change and Communications team, support other team activities as needed and participate in OCM community activities to support internal collaboration and capability building
All other duties reasonably required of the position

4333 EUR

Specification of salary conditions

Similarly, situated employees earn 4333 Euros a month. Salary is based on experience.

Minimum required education

First Level University Education (Bachelor's Degree)

Language skills

English (upper-intermediate - B2)

Generally required knowledge

Required

Appropriate Bachelor’s in related specialization area (e.g. Change Management, Communications, Business Administration. Human Resources, IS) is essential.
5+ years’ experience leading change management in a global setting, preferably in an IT function
Experience managing change for ERP products (e.g. SAP, Ariba, Concur)
Ability to lead change in a cross-functional organization while being flexible and adaptable to work in ambiguous situations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal English) to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
Ability to work successfully in multicultural teams and to build and maintain a strong relationship with key local and global stakeholders
A strong executor with excellent organization skills, ability to implement deliverables in a timely and effective manner
Solid IT skills and a quick learner of new systems
Open to new ways of working and applying new methodologies
Preferred

Master’s degree in related specialization area (e.g. Communications, Change Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, IS) is desirable but not essential.
Experience in managing multiple stakeholders
Experience managing change networks
Experience in business partnering providing a support service internally to business stakeholders
