Your Key Responsibilities:
• Professional & friendly support for our customers, business partners on the telephone and in reception
• Information hub between internal & external partners
• Independent processing of general secretarial tasks
• Support in the processing of travel expense reports & cooperation in travel management
• Processing incoming + outgoing mail
• Proactive support at various events + preparation of meetings
• Administrative support for our teams in various projects

Všeobecne požadované znalosti:
• Completed education at high school level at minimum
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in a similar position
• Full proficiency in German and English, further language skills would be an advantage
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Independent, flexible, pro-active and communicative organisational skills and working style
• Focused team-player with good communication skills
• Customer- and service-oriented appearance and professional manners
• Hands-on mentality, flexibility, proactive attitude, open minded, international mindset
