Your Role and Responsibilities :
Engage / work with the account / brand team to plan rollout of solution
Enable access to environment (setup + enablement session + user access + enable relevant solution’s functionality in user acceptance test)
Advise the client on potential impacts and changes required, such that the solution is able to meet its business requirements, and is successfully integrated and accepted by its users
Proactively propose new available functionalities (updating catalogs, etc.) to user focal points
Act as process owner for questions, modifications, and updates
Responsible for maintenance/release communications and level 1 support request, route and track level 2 and 3 support requests

Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
Proven track record (3+ years) in project management
Solid understanding of solution-based delivery
Experience / knowledge of agile methods
Experience in working in an agile squads is a plus
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:
GTS IS
RFS management
Service management
