Your Role and Responsibilities

• Supporting all inorganic workstream activities under the GBS Transform to Grow transformation initiative.
• Supporting the implementation of end to end process transformation using agile approaches; implementing tracking and reporting mechanisms to support measures of success.
• Preparing and presenting reports to the most senior members of the IBM Services organization with respect to team’s activities, measures, and processes.
• Coordination of transformation project activities across different stakeholders and departments.
• Supporting the development of executive-level analysis, briefings & reports for and to senior IBM leadership.
• Infrequent travel, less than 10% annually
• 75% overlap with US Eastern time zone

Required Professional and Technical Expertise

• 3-5+ years of corporate development, management consulting, competitive intelligence, market research, or other strategy experience with an emphasis on knowledge in and around the professional and managed services market
• Strategic thinker, supported by deep analytical capabilities and data driven approach
• Experience working across multiple project timelines with extended cross functional teams
• Experience interviewing users, customers, or employee for the purpose of process change or market research
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver outputs at an executive level
• Strong Powerpoint skills with a proven ability to create clear and compelling slides and storylines
• Ability to work hours that overlap 50-75% with US Eastern time zone

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise

• MBA or comparable experience
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, or other equity related transactions
• Use of Data visualization tools such as Tableau
• Use of collaboration tools such as Mural, Box, and Trello
