Your Role and Responsibilities
You will be collaborating with Global Ventures & Ecosystem Team and regional business leaders to identify regional-specific partners for ecosystem development. In addition, you will collaborate with the HCS organization on the identification and program management of ecosystem partners to RHOS and IBM Cloud. You will support business owners to develop new professional services practices with these regional partners including the development of sales collateral, go-to-market strategy, and joint project delivery models. You will support the pipeline development of client opportunity pursuits and tracking of next steps to ensure client wins. You will also track the resource demand, availability, and training need to ensure that the client projects can be delivered on time. You will track client wins and partner progress on a quarterly basis. You will also support the global V&E team with progress reporting of ecosystem programs and tracking of opportunities associated with ecosystem partners.

This position also requires infrequent travel (less than 10% annually), and ~75% overlap with US Eastern time zone.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise
• 3-5+ years of corporate development, management consulting, business development, or start up ecosystem experience.
• Strategic thinker, supported by deep analytical capabilities and data driven approach
• Experience working across multiple project timelines with extended cross functional teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver outputs at an executive level
• Strong Powerpoint skills with a proven ability to create clear and compelling slides and storylines
• Good analytical skills, advanced excel skills including complex excel formulas, automation skills (Excel Macros, Pivot Tables)
• Ability to work hours that overlap 50-75% with US Eastern time zone
