This position is a unique combination of traditional employer branding responsibilities and innovative ideas to re-define how candidates experience the IBM brand. You will directly support the talent acquisition team attract the best talent in the market, effectively inspiring candidates through various recruitment marketing channels.Your Role:
Reporting to the EMEA Talent Marketing Brand Manager, you’ll be taking ownership of the EMEA region’s recruitment marketing and employer branding activities. You'll be mainly covering the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and working closely with the local teams.
You will leverage your knowledge of digital marketing (including social media and more), events, and creative communications to bring to life our employer value proposition. Your clients will be usually Talent Acquisition managers and leaders.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead, develop and optimize our digital portfolio to target active and passive diverse talent using channels such as career site, social job sites, job boards/niche sites, and develop programs using sponsored jobs, social content amplification, campaigns aligned to hiring needs in partnership with the global center of excellence team and your branding specialists across region.
Manage the candidate experience of potential and future hires, upskilling your team in using CRM technology to engage and nurture potential talent, including improving the application experience for IBM job seekers to help drive better conversion rates.
Develop and implement metrics to measure effectiveness and value of programs.
Engage with the IBM Talent Community and collaborate to develop relevant materials and information to help optimize the hiring process while building IBM’s recruitment brand equity. Be deeply familiar with marketing best practices, drip and engagement campaign strategy, social channel landscape, and measuring for success.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Knowledge of Branding landscape in Germany and the DACH region
• Previous experience in the field of Employer Branding/Talent Attraction
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :
• Native German language skill level (or comparable)
• Strong knowledge of DACH region market
• 3-5 years of previous experience in the field of Employer Branding from large company
• Background in Marketing, Communications, Design, User Experience, or related field/experience
• Good understanding how to track and evaluate metrics associated with recruiting and marketing campaigns to determine ROI
• Experience with creative design tools (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop)
