Job Description

is the future home of 250-300 new Takeda employees who will work to create and deliver the products and

technologies that will enable these foundational aspirations.

OBJECTIVES:

Serve as the Release Leader of Product teams to ensure the delivery of the ERP Products in quality and with zero impact to the business in each release
Manage the overall integrated planning for the on-going ERP projects and changes.
Plan, organize and coordinate the flow of all changes for each ERP release
Manage deviations and exceptions from the standard major quarterly release plan
Manage the technical cut-over plan of each release
Manage any functional and technical conflicts across products in the preparation of each release
ACCOUNTABILITY:

ERP Integration

Initialize and plan the ERP Relases consisting of the outcomes of multiple projects and work stream to be delivered on a quarterly basis.
Manage and communicate the overall integrated planning for the releases, optimizing and aligning FT and UAT testing windows, regression cycles and cutover plans across products and projects in the scope of the release
Manage deviations and exceptions from the standard release plan ensuring the impacts of having an interim release are properly evaluated and there will not be disruptions for the business in the Production environment
Contribute and influence integration with ERP Delivery Services by aligning the Product Management Backlog delivery on: a) the availability of each technical environment b) refresh timings c) specific requests from projects
Manage the technical cut over for each release aligning with the projects and dependencies between work-streams and between the projects
Organize and drive key technical milestones for each project/initiative in scope of the release. In general support the planning and logistics for stage gate meetings
Serve as the Release Leader of Product teams providing guidance as well as agile options and solutions to ensure the best possible release timeline for the ERP customers in alignment with the rest of the product portfolio
Co-ordinate the resolution of development conflicts in the system
Support the teams in creation and track of changes and transports in SolMan and review/supervise the correctness and consistency
Prepare and manage the weekly reporting on on-going ERP projects and release activities
CORE ELEMENTS OF ROLE:

Integration and planning across products and projects
Mediation and negotiations for leading and addressing conflicting priorities
Forward thinking and mastering between technical and functional topics
TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL EXPERTISE:

Global ERP projects implementations in management position or in leading PMO roles
Project management, planning and resource management
Expertise on change governance and release and transports management in Solman
Functional and technical experience on one SAP module is an advantage
Management of 3rd parties

Similarly situated employees earn 3833 € gross a month. Salary is based on experience

Degree or MBA Min 5 years ERP experience Good technical / application development skills. Acting as an integration point for end-to-end process Ability to analyze a wide variety of scenarios and data and make appropriate decisions. Ability to communicate ideas and data both verbally and written in a persuasive and appropriate manner. Experience with working with multiple teams across a matrixed organization to implement solutions
