Your Role and Responsibilities :

• Identify and create opportunities for client interactions, relationship building to gain brand and client insight
• Maintain and expand Your brand relationship to increase brand understanding on DS Automation solutions portfolio and maximize value in brand supply chain
• Promote and support Collaboration Workflow deployment, involving IBM Digital Sales, stakeholder sales teams and clients. Take prime responsibility for the deployment process.
• Analyze brand processes and identify opportunities to improve client experience with DS Automation solutions portfolio: Specific Collaboration Workflow solutions, B2B and Portal as part of Sell-Side ETI.
• Analyze and understand client team business requirements, related market place conditions and client requirements
• Increase DS sales through Collaborative Workflow solution client activation and support of B2B opportunities - Supporting Drive to Web Activities.
• Provide Internal education (Client Managers, Brand IBM Digital Sales..)
• Provide External education (Clients workshops)
• Manage relationship with Industry DS Automation Solution Reps, clients, main stakeholders, brand sales, Digital Sales
• Interact with clients and work closely with other IBM organizations, providing support and advice in order to influence and bring to closure direct sales via Web

Salary starting from 1800EUR brutto, depending on skills and experience

• Provide appropriate support to IBM teams and customers

Required Expertise

• At least 6 years experience as technical digital seller/seller/ solution representative or other relevant technical background
• Good understanding of workflow solutions and logic
• Good understanding of technical services problematic
• Good technical skills around rules creation
• Good knowledge of IBM offerings
• Result oriented and business driven
• Consultative selling
• Self-driven
• Project management
• Excellent capability to work in virtual international teams across business units
• Experience in leading the implementation of new projects
• Languages: English (fluent)
