Your Role and Responsibilities :
As Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) you will be responsible for:

• Recruiting and staffing activities related to the attraction, selection, hiring and on-boarding of talent into IBM
• You will be working with modern IT tools and programs to help finding the best talents for IBM
• Engage with HM to understand and plan for current and future hiring demand
• Consult hiring strategies and work as their trusted advisor and labor market talent expert
• Building relationships with Hiring Managers (HM) and business stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and delivery
• Work with a broad team of TA and HR professionals locally and internationally in areas like compensation, retention, branding, HR Partners and HR Operations
• Cooperate with local and international data insight teams to gain or provide insights on the labor and talent market

What do you need for success?

• Enthusiasm for recruitment, motivation in working with modern recruitment tools
• At least 1 year experience in recruitment (agency or in-house). Ideally experience with hiring IT professionals
• Proven track record of building relationships with internal clients
• English language is required, other languages preferred (German, French, Spanish, other EU)
• MS office advanced + knowledge (or willingness to learn) of collaborative tools, such sa Trello, Mural, Slack
