As an architect you will be responsible for:

Definition of servers’ configuration for upgrades and new servers and leading any technical change into the existing infrastructure
Ensure compliance with the IBM strategy, business objectives and compliance with the IBM Services Methods, Standards and Policies.
Provide lead and guidance for infrastructure and services improving evolutions.
Interlock within World Wide US architecture team and study WW solutions to implement them in Europe
Provision of early warning to the squad’s Iteration Manager on technology evolution that could imply changes in the infrastructure
Develop and maintain technical design documentation
Technical responsibility for the success of the proposed solution design
Supporting high level of client satisfaction by advising the client with their extensive knowledge of leading products and technologies
Act as a Security Owner for the squad including responsibility for service quality and delivery performance process and evidence together with the responsibility for driving and documenting the vulnerability scanning process including managing false positive findings and business exceptions
Security Owner job role specific responsibilities:
Support maintaining secure configuration of managed systems
Ensure compliance with the IBM strategy, business objectives and compliance with the IBM Services Methods, Standards and Policies.
Responsible for maintaining validated CI list in a dedicated tool
Support squad’s Iteration Manager for the recurring BAU tasks of our committed SLO
Responsible for Service Quality and Delivery Performance process and evidence
Responsible for driving and documenting Vulnerability Scanning Process such as :
Managing monthly scanning,
Preparation and executing action plan for resolution of vulnerabilities
Managing false positive findings and business exceptions

What do you need for success

5+ years of expert knowledge of Unix/Linux based systems
5+ years of experience implementing AIX/Linux based solutions
5+ years managing physical and virtual infrastructure
Demonstrated ability to support systems and troubleshoot problems remotely
Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate with team members
Ability to perform deep-dive investigation and provide recommendations based on the newest technical trends
Critical thinking
Research and information analysis
Problem-solving
Knowledge of agile principles
Knowledge of Cloud infrastructure
