PAYROLL department is an integral part of HR in IBM and is based in Krasovskskeho 14, close to Aupark in Bratislava.
Besides HR Business Partnering, HR Administration, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Well Being and Data Science, our last but not least department is PAYROLL which is fully responsible for preparing payroll data of app. 6.000 IBMers.

Due to the set-up of new legal entity within IBM - our Payroll team is eager to train a new team member who will become a valuable part of this “always positive” team culture.
In this role, you can be part of a 4-people team and be personally responsible for payroll of the newly created legal entity in Slovakia.

YOUR GOAL will be to create an outstanding employee experience for IBMers by delivering Payroll-related services.

The Job:
Your responsibility will be focused on delivery of the highest quality of service in payroll operations by executing activities in compliance with existing procedures and personal data protection .
You will interact with our employees and external payroll vendor to ensure the correct and timely pay.
You will ensure the timeliness of payroll processing (sending inputs to our payroll vendor).
We are proud of our high level of automation and self-service culture , thanks to what we need minimal interaction regarding time sheets, meal voucher reports, various personal data (change of bank account, surname…), besides that You will carry out the validation of payroll inputs.
You will communicate with Slovak state authorities such as Social and Health insurance companies including Tax Office.
You will assist on internal and external audits.
You will prepare regular and ad-hoc reports.
You will participate on further automation and innovation projects.
You will participate on implementation of any new Slovak legislation changes.
You can actively take part in any activities focused on continuous improvement of customer service.

The Experience:
To fit with us, YOU will need app. 3-5 years of payroll administration experience either from consulting or in-house environment.

The Fit:
You are the type who is passionate about the payroll and already has proven basic experience and is curious to learn more how to run payroll within corporate environment.
You are fluent in English and wish to use it on daily basis.
You are fluent in Slovak.
You are skilled in Excel and have heard about at least one tool: Tulip or Workday.
You are able to adapt easily, and you feel comfortable within corporate environment.

The Salary:
Your salary will be starting from 2.000 EUR gross, depending on relevant experience and language proficiency.
