Main responsibilities:
- You will be creating purchase orders based on requirements listed on submitted Equipment Order Lists for the customers.
- You will know and understand different sourcing alternatives (i.e. distributors) and their required ordering methodologies.
- One of your responsibilities will be verifying accuracy of information submitted on Equipment Order lists required for Procurement order form such as serial number, part number description, model number etc.
- You will also manage special requests/exceptions involving order expeditions, equipment returns, alternate sourcing etc.
- To ensure that equipment arrives as requested you will track progress of purchased orders.

Minimum required education: Second Level University Education
Language skills: English (upper-intermediate - B2)
Suitable for graduates: No

Generally required knowledge:

- English B2
- University degree (min. bachelor degree)
- MS Excel advanced functions (pivot tables etc.)
- Ability to work on the shifts
- Communicative, proactive and consistent person
- Experience from international working environment is advantage as well as experience with customer service
