Your Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our team in the end-to-end recruitment process as well as to keep track of ongoing hires and projects.As a Senior IT Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for:

• Building a strong cooperation with the stakeholders and as an expert helping them through the hiring process
• Understanding the hiring needs clearly and executing a hiring strategy (prioritization, sources etc.)
• Leading weekly recruitment meetings with the hiring managers
• Candidate management and tracking with the help of the available Agile tools, while ensuring a great candidate experience as well as data health and data protection compliance
• Implementing new approaches in order to speed up the process
• Using various sourcing methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms and job fairs
• Conducting pre-screening interviews via phone and scheduling interviews for hiring managers
• Coordinating the work of the Sourcing Specialist if such support is allocated to the TA Partner in satisfying the hiring need
• Support the Talent Acquisition Coordinator processes including creating requisitions, completing pre-employment checks and creating offers for candidates
• Keeping in touch with other HR related teams
• Keeping up-to-date with the newest TA processes
• Continuously developing skills through available training materials
• Meeting local and global KPIs of the role
• Creating ad-hoc recruitment reports
• Taking part in talent acquisition projects, job fairs, open days, etc

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• fluent English and Hungarian are a must
• at least 2-3 years experience in recruitment in a multinational environment
• BA/BSc degree, preferably in Human Resources Management
• great communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• strong time management skills with an ability to prioritize effectively and ability to work under own initiative and demonstrate assertiveness
• high level of accuracy and proactive approach
• client oriented, friendly personality

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:

• good understanding of IBM business is an advantage
• experience in IT recruitment is an advantage
• any additional European language is a plus
