Your primary role and responsibility will be to support German market and support projects for services which are delivered by IBM Germany. Part of the job responsibilities will be also registration of new projects , project changes, adjustments based on the agreements with customer . After the service delivery based on the input from business you will create invoices and adjust invoices issued in case off customer claim. This Job role contains lot off communication internally with GBS Germany Business, Finance team , Pricing , Process team and other supporting functions. You have possibility to growth , extend your knowledge and bring ideas for process, tools , operating model simplification and improvements and make the difference in your field.
