Responsibilities: To provide the overall management and leadership to the multi-lingual fraud detection team, overseeing and developing employee performance and process improvement activities - effective monitoring, coaching, counselling and training To motivate the team and improve staff engagement through effective people management To create analysis of operational performance metrics Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the business and support the development of global improvement initiatives To arrange regular communication sessions and team meetings

Generally required knowledge:

Requirements Fluency in English (knowledge of German, French, Italian or Spanish is a plus) 1+ years’ experience of management role (ideally operations team) – ability to drive and motivate the team Advanced knowledge of MS Excel Working experience across the domain of Risk Management & Fraud is an advantage Analytical skills, attention for detail Superb communication and presentation skills Responsibility for own work, self-motivation, flexibility and enthusiasm
