We are looking for skilled IT Manager who will manage and lead an international Service Desk department Your responsibilities and activities: - Manage and lead the international Service Desk team - Manage process for communicating outage/emergency activities to the organization - Lead operational work in Service Desk - Review survey feedback to improve services, tools and support experience. Report on feedback in ad-hoc, weekly, monthly and as needed. - Interview, select, train, and develop new staff - Lead projects or initiatives on behalf of the Support Services team - Manage and support Office 365 Some of Upcomming Projects: - Ensure the stabilization of Office 365 - IT security projects - Migration of all user accounts - New Service Desk system implementation and its migration - Implement and adapt ITIL

Generally required knowledge:

IT Manager that we are looking for should meet these requirments: - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, related field or equivalent experience - Professional experience with managing / leading a support team - Professional experience with providing technical support - Working knowledge of Office 365 - Advanced Microsoft Active Directory and Office365 management and configuration skills in a Windows environment - Solid technical and troubleshooting skills - Good overview/understanding of computer hardware, servers, and networking - ITIL knowledge, experience. Certification is beneficial - Excellent written and communication skills - Exceptional customer service skills - Experience creating support documentation - Outstanding customer service skills - Leadership & management experience is essential
