Job information

Key responsibilities:

• Contacting new clients regarding updates of the projects
• Handling the incoming calls
• Daily communication in German language
• Achieving the Targets set by the company

Basic requirements

• Fluent knowledge of German language and intermediate knowledge of  English lenguage
• Experience in multi-lingual Customer Care environment is advantageous
• Good listening skills
• Working knowledge of CRM
• Advanced user of MS Office
• Customer oriented
