Job information

Responsibilities: 

• Maintaining the sales orders in the system
• Supporting the colleagues in Germany on daily basis
• Handling requests for samples & promotional articles
• Responsibility for the customers´ orders

Requirements: 

• German language on advanced level is a must
• Intermediate level of English language
• Experience in customer care is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team and service oriented person
