Job information

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• part of the customer service organization team specializing into specific areas of the access management 
• assistance for internal customers around the globe for issues around access rights 
• identify deficiencies in processes, analyze them and improve them respectively
• consult customers on ordering the appropriate access rights to business applications and infrastructure components
• create the whole access catalogue
• participate in multiple global projects at the same time
• adhere to IT Security and Governance standards and regulatory compliance in respect of access and identity management.

WE NEED:

• ideal candidate is working in IT on junior position or in Business and want to move to IT
• experience with system access management,  or application support  is advantage
• previous customer service experience is a must
• wishing to work in international team
• proactive thinking, 
•  General IT knowledge
• Basic knowledge in project management
• Fluent English spoken and written
• skilled in  incident, problem management and request fulfillment is a plus
• Basic knowledge of information security policies and processes is a plus
• Excel and SQL experience
• Experience within an IT delivery environment as well as with end-user support is an asset
